Jane is the founder of Operalicious ®. She is the Mistress of Ceremonies, and produces and presents the events. Jane loves music and singing, and although she is not a professional singer she can occasionally hit a top C!
Jane is also the Principal of the School of Booze, and is a beer and cider tasting tutor. One of her specialities is to match beer with dessert or chocolate. She is the author of several non-fiction books including Brilliant Britain – a compendium of Britain’s unique traditions.
